Burpengary is an emerging community and an extension of the Caboulture urban area - the main administrative and service centre of the Moreton Bay Region. 

The suburb is just south of Caboulture, 35km from the heart of Brisbane and 50km south of Sunshine Coast.  Deception Bay is not far with access to Moreton Bay, an esplanade with cafes and restaurants.

The suburb is serviced by rail linking Brisbane, Caboulture and the Sunshine Coast. 

The suburb is transitioning from larger rural lifestyle to suburban house blocks. 

The area is green, hugged by Mount Pleasant - the Mt Mee D'Aguilar National Park with mountain with good access to bike riding, walking trails, horse-riding, picnic and camping facilities. ​​​

Logan Reserve

Logan Reserve is a suburb within the Logan Regional Council area. It is changing from large rural lifestyle blocks to suburban house lots.  It is an extension of suburbs of Crestmeed, Waterford West and Park Ridge. 

It has very good access to the Logan Motorway and the broader motorway network.  It is only 5km from Loganlea - the major administrative centre of Logan offering shops and services and a major hospital.  It is only 45km to the Gold Coast (that's about 40 mins by car and 1 hour by train) and even closer to Movieworld and Dreamworld. 

The Logan River forms the eastern boundary of the suburb. The river is accessible via parks and a boat ramp in close proximity.  The Wickham Reserve and Plunkett Conservation Park is just south and includes cycling, hiking and horse-riding.

Milton 

Milton sits on the boundary of the CBD.  It is located along the Ipswich - CBD rail line and the Brisbane River.  The train line connects Milton with two large shopping centres to the west and the CBD and Fortitude Valley to the east.

Milton is walkable to the CBD and is serviced by regular bus services and the Bicentennial shared path and bikeway on the river's edge wrapping around the CBD.

The suburb is a mix of residential apartments and character houses, commercial and short-term accommodation. 

Suncorp Stadium is within Milton suburb. It has good access to major roads including the Inner City Bypass that connects northern suburbs and Brisbane Airport. 

The area is well-serviced by all forms of public transport - only 1 station from the CBD.  The suburb has its own ferry terminal linking Park Road with South Bank, the City downstream and a major university upstream.  The suburb has great access to parks, paths and bikeways and the Brisbane River.
